Our Services

HVAC Commissioning

Air & Water Balancing carried out in
line with CIBSE and BSRIA codes of
practice. We can accommodate the
needs of all HVAC commissioning
projects, including pressure regime
/ airflow direction checks and
environmental testing works.

Water Treatment

All pre-commissioning cleaning works
are carried out to the guidelines set
out in the BSRIA BG 29/2021
publication, outlining the methodology
for the cleaning of new closed water
systems, or to the design criteria of
the specific installation.

Chlorination

Chlorination of new building
installation pipework carried out to
BS8558 current legislation and
ACOP L8 guidelines. In addition, we
can also undertake any Tank
Inspection, TMV Servicing and
Legionella Risk Assessment works.

North View, North Manchester General Hospital

A new £105.9m state-of-the-art mental health inpatient unit at the North Manchester General Hospital site.

The hospital provides nine single-sex wards, six wards for adults of working age, a psychiatric intensive care unit, a rehabilitation ward, and an older adult ward. The scheme transformed the mental health inpatient experience for service users, their families and staff.
