HVAC Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced HVAC Commissioning
Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that
HVAC systems are designed, installed, tested and commissioned according to project
requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and perform commissioning of mechanical HVAC systems on new and existing projects in-line with design criteria issued by the client.
- Ensure compliance with CIBSE and BSRIA Commissioning Codes together with the CSA Guidelines and British Standards as applicable.
- Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Carrying out work in line with approved RAMS and project schedules agreed upon with the client.
- Preparing thorough documentation of all commissioning activities and regularly updating the Procommhs office on project progress, including any issues or challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
- Conducting site based system handovers by demonstrating the correct operation of plant equipment in accordance with the client’s requirements and expectations.
- Support training of Assistant Engineers as needed.

Qualifications

Familiarity with HVAC systems including Ventilation, LTHW, CHW and H&CWS.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Full UK driving licence required.
CSA Grade 3 & 4 applicants desirable however time served engineers will also be considered.
